FAQ

  • We do our best to keep shipping as cheap as possible. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Shipping.

  • Being a small business, and trying to keep our prices as low as possible, in most cases we will ask you to pay return shipping.

    Most of our products are one of a kind and we do the best to document how things look. Plus every monitor is a little different. Please be aware colors should be close to what you see but may not be exact.

    If there is a serious issue we will do our best to make things right.

  • If items are damaged in shipping please send us pictures of the damaged package prior to opening as well as pictures of the damaged item inside. This will allow us to work with the post office to resolve things more easily.

    If you have an item you purchased that was damaged if you provide us pictures of the item we can try to see about fixing or replacing the item. Please be aware though, we do our best to warn customers not to leave 3D prints in the car during the summer as they can melt/warp. We are not responsible for damages caused after purchase due to miss handling.
